1970 Chevelle Malibu #’s Matching Engine Buildup Part III at Northwest Corner Classic Cars

1970 Chevelle Malibu #’s Matching Engine Buildup Part III at Northwest Corner Classic Cars

1970 Project Chevelle Malibu Complete!! This has been a long process, but perfection takes time. Thanks to Chris Peppe who did

all the work on the build. This build, like many projects we devote countless hours to, took a little more time than anticipated; but

it was definitely worth the wait.

I originally wanted to just have the Matching #’s engine to be rebuilt. I decided that while the engine was

out, why not replace the A/C condensor, master cylinder, motor and transmission mounts. Chris also spent many hours

detailing under the hood. Please follow along the final installment on this car. The Malibu performs incredibly and sounds like worked Big Block.

Please take a moment and go to Part 1 of this build; notice the difference in the underhood appearance before and after!
